4 cups shredded Napa cabbage ½ red onion, thinly sliced ½ cup olive oil 2 TBSP Tarragon Vinegar 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp salt Paprika
Put the cabbage and onion into a serving bowl and toss to mix well. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over the cabbage. Mix well. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
