Red Pepper Salsa

2 red bell peppers, chopped

1 medium cucumber, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

3 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro

1 small hot pepper,  minced (remove seeds for a milder heat)

Toss ingredients together and serve with tacos, burritos, nachos or plain tortilla chips.
