Storage and Handling:
Place your bunch of Cilantro in a small cup or container with an inch or two of water. Cover the top loosely with a plastic bag or plastic wrap and store in your refrigerator for up to two weeks. (be sure to check your water level every other day!)
If your bunch is too small to keep upright in a container with water, roll the sprigs in a dry paper towel or towel, place in a plastic bag and store in your refrigerator crisper drawer for up to a week.
