Be creative with this, it’s just a foundation recipe for grilling bok choy. It’s great with lemon, ginger and any other fun ingredients you think of to jazz it up!
4-6 baby Bok Choy
Olive oil or toasted sesame oil
Tamari or soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Wash bok choy and remove any ragged leaves, slice in half lengthwise. Laying face up on a dish, drizzle with oil and season with a sprinkle of tamari soy sauce.
On a medium to low heat setting, grill for 4 – 7 minutes on each side or to your likeness.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!!!
