Storage and Handling:

Store Parsley in a small vase or glass jar filled an inch or two of water.  Cover them loosely with saran wrap or a plastic bag and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.  Be sure to check your water level periodically.

 

Take your loose leaves or if your bunch has really short stems, wrap them in a dry paper towel and store in plastic bag in your fridge crisper drawer for up to a week.
