scoop out flesh leaving 3\/8\u201d on the skin, cut scooped out flesh into cubes.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and saut\u00e9 onion until translucent; crumble sausage and brown in pan with the onion, saut\u00e9 until barely tender.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Mix in apple, cubed squash, and sage.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Add salt and pepper to taste.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Stuff the squash with the apple and sausage mixture;
