Cook at a lively simmer until the wine is reduced to about 1\/4 cup, about 10 minutes. Set the saucepan in a bowl of ice water to cool, about 15 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">While the syrup is cooling, cut the cantaloupes in half and remove the seeds.
