font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Carefully slice your squash in half and scoop out the seeds.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>You may save the seeds for roasting or discard them into your compost or trashcan.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Brush a little olive oil around the rim of the two squash halves and place cut side down in a baking dish.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Fill the baking dish with 1 to 2 inches of water, wine, or broth and bake in the oven until a fork will easily pierce through the skin, about 25-45 minutes, depending on the size of the squash.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Be sure to check and make sure the liquid doesn\u2019t totally cook out of the pan.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Add more if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;
