it will smell like a nice ripe, sweet melon.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Store ripe melons in your refrigerator for up to a week.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>If your melon is not quite ripe, let it sit out at room temperature for a few days until you can smell it.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Then put it in the fridge until you are ready to use it. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;
