Spray a 9&#215;13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p>Place squash cut side down in prepared baking pan. Bake until soft, about 50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Scrape the soft squash flesh into medium bowl.
